Your Tiredness is Valid

Sweet, weary one. I know you're tired. Not just the "I need sleep" kind of tired, but the deep, bone-weary exhaustion that comes from carrying so much for so long. The kind that makes even simple things feel like climbing mountains.

You've been strong for too long. You've been pushing through, showing up, doing your best even when you had nothing left to give. And maybe no one has told you this lately, but I need you to hear it: you're allowed to rest. You're allowed to not be okay.

Rest isn't giving up. It's how warriors recharge. It's how flowers bloom again after winter. Your body and soul are asking for gentleness right now — please listen to them. They've carried you through so much already.

Find somewhere soft to lie down, even if just for a few minutes. Close your eyes. Let your shoulders drop. You don't have to solve everything today. Some things can wait. You matter more than your to-do list ever could.

Rest now. Tomorrow is another chance. You deserve peace.
